Așa că, da!, pot zice că un cuib e o plasa ideal de deasă in a asigura comfort (includ în sensul acestui cuvânt și faptul de a sprijini împreună) și respirație
- nu e vorba de mindfulness in preluarea (prea) frecventă a termenului, ci, cum spun adesea, de a acorda full attention to what one minds for in a specific endeavour in life.
