Gallup Organization is one of the most trustful provider of
reality rooted results when it comes about people, companies and outcomes.
I do like very much their statement: "The convergence of the two forces - companies interest for value and people's interest for identity will change the organizational landscape forever'',
but I fully trust my own ''point of view'' on it:
in XXI century, for a company, having value is having an identity (being a brand - or the ultimate level of it, a Lovemark), and on the other hand, for an individual, having identity is having value.
Pointing out this perspective is creating an ethical and workable new ground for fulfillment for both people and organizations. Breaking through is stepping forward.
My ''point of view'' is the very example of broadening the frame of reference -
the true print of applying coaching attitude.
Yes, I have :)
And the following strengths are mirroring and empowering it, and all the same they certify the capability of transfer them to my peers - clients and organizations.
Ideation * Intellection * Includer * Connectedness* Strategic
Ideation-People strong in the Ideations theme are fascinated by ideas. They are able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena.
Intellection-People strong in the Intellection theme are characterized by their intellectual activity. They are introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions.
Includer-People strong in the Includer theme are accepting of others. They show awareness of those who feel left out, and make an effort to include them.
Connectedness-People strong in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason.
Strategic-People strong in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
