Happy Labor Day*

”In eighteen hundred and forty-one
The corduroy breeches I put on
Me corduroy breeches I put on
To work upon the railway, the railway
(...)
In eighteen hundred and forty-seven
Poor Paddy was thinking of going to heaven
The old bugger was thinking of going to heaven
To work upon the railway, the railway”

From a classic Irish song.
I like this Pogues rendition from 1985:

Also this one, 30 years later

Well, quite exactly the eternity of a life, let me put it this way :)
”At the end of the day”, it IS a long eternity.
And also has - it, the eternity of a life - the delicacy to do not alarm (!) us clearly when it - the eternity of a life - finishes. (Shane Macgowan lived after it - he died at 65)

.....
*Why this post on a blog about/for coaching?
First, the coach is a human too, i.e. has his/her own „eternity of a life” :)
Second, well, no matter how much ”personal development”, the truth is that after a labor life, your ”best version of you” will reach the end of its eternity - right?!
But, for the moment, I keep nestworking - because, besides being quite a long eternity, life is a marvel!
