It is not written at all. 
It is not to be read … it is to be looked at and listened to.

are a direct proof of the huge importance of nonverbal,
sound of voice and body language.

People use to doubt Mehrabian's results:
the words count only 7% in the message we communicate,
and here we are.. literally speaking without words.
