Organizations
want their employees to have the ”feeling”of ownership, and consequently, the
specific behavior relating to the work as to their very life – which it is in
reality.
Having feelings is
a ”tranzaction” between beings - and things, as well -, but the most powerful (and
sane!) feelings are between beings. Therefor, organizations are to act as
beings – to have a ”soul”, to be a ”persona”.
